What rooms are available to book?
The 8gency's private office has three bookable suites: The Library, which seats 10; The Hideout, also known as The Game Room, which seats 6; and The Theater, which seats 12.

Can I book a room for a corporate meeting?
Yes. The rooms are designed for corporate meetings, executive sessions, board-style conversations, leadership briefings, strategy meetings, and client presentations.

Can I host a private dinner or social event?
Yes. The Library and The Game Room are especially strong choices for private dinners, intimate social gatherings, executive dinners, and invitation-only events.

Is the space high tech?
The space is intentionally low tech. The goal is fewer distractions, more privacy, and better focus. Presentation support can be made available where appropriate, especially in The Theater.

Is the office private?
Yes. The experience is designed around discretion, privacy, and controlled use of space. It is not a public coworking environment or a generic hotel meeting room.

 

Which room should I book?
Book The Library for authority and larger seated conversations. Book The Game Room for smaller private discussions or creative sessions. Book The Theater for presentations, briefings, trainings, or focused group viewing.

How do I book?
The fastest way to book is to text the numbers provided with your requests. In addition, you can use the booking form, send your preferred date and time, select the room, and tell us the purpose of the meeting or event. We will confirm availability and next steps.
